RETROSPECT is a conceptual short film I wrote and directed, exploring the feeling of being trapped in cycles—emotional, physical, and existential. Set at a train station in Queens, NY, the story follows a man attempting to escape, only to confront the quiet inevitability of return.

As writer and director, I oversaw every stage of the process—from shaping the initial concept and visual language to working closely with cast and crew on set. I also guided the edit to ensure the final tone reflected the film’s introspective and cyclical themes.
